Photo Dojo ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.
Photos and Images: When you submit a photo for grading, the App accesses the photo you capture or select. This image is used solely for the purpose of providing feedback on your photography skills.
Technical Metadata (EXIF Data): We extract technical information from your photos, such as ISO settings, aperture, shutter speed, and camera model. This data helps our "Sensei" provide technical critiques.
Local Data: Your challenge history, scores, feedback, and XP are stored locally on your device in a private database.
We use the collected information to:
AI Processing: To provide grading, your photos are sent to our AI partner (Groq/Llama). These images are processed to generate feedback and are not used for any other purpose or shared with other third parties by us.
Google Play Services: The App uses Google Play Billing for premium features and may use Google Play Services for authentication. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle your data.
No Selling of Data: We do not sell your personal data or photos to third parties.
Your submission history is stored locally on your device. You can delete all your submissions and data at any time through the App's settings or by clearing the App's storage in your device settings.

Photo Dojo does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
